Overview
We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Lead to join our team.
You will report directly to the Accounts Payable Director. You will be responsible for a variety of accounting duties that includes processing high volume accounts payable, posting and coding, routing invoices for approval, and full cycle processing of the room and board process as a liaison between the branches, billing, and SNF facilities.
- Vendor setup requests including collection of W-9’s
- Reviews invoices and check requests for appropriate coding
- Vendor reconciliations
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
About You
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years’ experience with full cycle AP (from data entry to check processing)
- 1-3 years accounts payable and general accounting experience
- Proficiency in Accounting software, Great Plains experience preferred
- Basic understanding of contracts related to SNF, GIP, and Respite claims
